Hey all, Another day down... A day I didn't want to go to the gym but did anyway, it's the first of probably many to come.
8 Days Down, 52 Days Till Disney World!
So, today my trainer Kendra did indeed put me through some new paces. We did more Planks... DANG IT!!! (I knew they'd be back to haunt me) But hey, I must be making some progress because I was able to do them for longer this time than a week ago! Go me! We added Side-Planking into this next mix, which is like regular planking but sideways! ;) These hurt, oh man oh man these hurt... But next week I'll be better at them to gosh darn it!
So... I'm now convinced my sweat is acid, once it starts going it doesn't stop and then it runs down my face into my eyes where it burns then down chest; it's not a pretty sight... Today It soaked through my shirt giving me a big sweat patch. It then began eating through the design printed on my shirt blurring the lines between working out and the complete terror of monopoly! AHHHhhhhhh! The horror the horror!!! ;)
Despite acid sweat, and sweat marks, I'm glad after I did it, that I went. Plus on top of that, I've earned my first blister. My feet are starting to truly prep themselves for Disney World... got to build up the callouses while they've got the chance.
Also... crazy thing; since starting this my blog has gotten over 1000 views! I know that most of that is me checking in on it to see how the number is growing, but some of those are from you guys to! Thanks!
